Because our products are handcrafted from carefully selected wood, please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time depending on the design and availability of materials.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging

• The shipping box

This allows us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
