At our workshop, every product is handcrafted from carefully selected wood. Because each charcuterie board, bowl, and custom wood piece is made individually, all sales are considered final.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Variations in wood grain, color, and natural markings are normal and part of the beauty and uniqueness of real wood products.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly assist with a replacement.
To report a damaged item, please follow these steps:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging and shipping box

This information helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Once reviewed, we will either:

Send a replacement, or

Offer a refund if a replacement is not available
Shipping Damage Claims
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Natural Wood Disclaimer
Our products are made from natural wood, meaning each piece will have unique characteristics such as grain variation, knots, and slight color differences. These are not considered defects.
